My current mixed media work explores the ideas of location, identity and belonging.
I create my palette from a range of printed and collaged materials such as maps, dust covers and vintage graphics which I collect continually wherever I go. I also use traditional printmaking techniques alongside more contemporary digital printing methods as part of my creative process. I work from my studio near Hay on Wye. All prints are limited editions.
Aine created the artwork for Hay Festival's programme covers and stage sets between 2015-2018. She currently works for Hay Festival as Learning and Engagement Manager.
